Gymfinity's outrageous and awesome parties for children have been a Madison favorite for many years. Families return to Gymfinity year after year to celebrate their parties with the most amazing program for children's gymnastics birthday parties around!
All of our award winning parties include:
- Warm Up Games: we start with some stretching and warm up fun for all the kids. It's our way to get the party started and get the kids fired up.
- Obstacle Course: fun challenges for the kids; tunnels, slides, beam walks, bouncers, rollers, and more! Our staff create some of the most challenging and original courses for your kids' party. Every party has a different course all made up of gymnastics equipment, customized for your group, and covering more than half of our floor.
- Trampoline Time: learn to bounce or show off the skills you already know. Bouncy fun for your party; sorry Mom and Dad, you only get to watch.
- The "Bottomless" Pit: jump in the foam blocks, dig a hole to China, build castles and walls and knock them all down! Everyone loves the PIT!!
- Gymfinity's BIG POPPA Gymflatable fun course: race your friends on this inflatable challenge course. It's 52 feet long and 16 feet high; bounce through the boppers, climb the mountain and slide to a victory!!
- But the best part is no worries for Mom and Dad! We set up, clean up, and lead the gang through all the fun. Remember your cameras; you'll want pictures of the BEST gymnastics birthday party EVER!
- All party plans also get a t-shirt for the guest of honor, a group photo and frame to take home, and FREE Open Gym passes for all of your guests to come back and play again. You'll also get invitations for your guests, and we'll even give you thank you cards to send when it's all over...whoa, that's a lot of stuff! YOU betcha! No other party joint in town does ALL WE DO!
The Specifics:
Regular parties for children aged 4+ are based on 14 kids; additional guests will increase the cost by $12 per guest above the base party cost. With more than 16 guests we will provide an additional party host for your group, so based on size, the group may be split between 2 activities when in the gym. Please include the birthday child in the guest count. Guest count will be confirmed by Wednesday before your party, and guest count is final as of that day. Additional charges for second coach may apply.
Parties for children aged 2-3 are based on 10 kids; additional guests will increase the cost by $12 per guest above the base party cost. With more than 10 guests we will provide an additional party host for your group. Please include the birthday child in the guest count. Guest count will be confirmed by Wednesday before your party, and guest count is final as of that day. Additional charges for second host may apply.
The maximum count for any regular party is 25 kids. For large group parties we advise selecting the last available time slot in the day. Please choose our Super-Size Birthday Party packages for parties including more than 25 guests.
Super-Size party pricing is based on 26 kids; additional guests will increase the cost by $7 per child above the base party cost. All Super-Size parties include two party hosts. A third party host will be brought in for parties with 30 or more guests. Guest count will be confirmed by Wednesday before your party, and guest count is final as of that day. Additional charges for third host may apply.
Parties are for children 2 and up, no exception, and 2-3 year old guests MUST be accompanied by an adult for safety. At no time, however, are adults allowed on any equipment...sorry Crazy Uncle Jim.
There is a $20 surcharge if you plan on bringing in any food other than cake and drinks for your party.
All birthday parties require a $50 non-refundable deposit to hold your reservation, and tax is included in prices. Pajamanastics parties require a $100 non-refundable deposit. Deposits are applied to the final balance.

Step 3 - Book your time and make your down-payment: We suggest booking your party time quickly because we do fill our schedules. We require that a party is scheduled a minimum of 1 week ahead of desired party date. Cancelled parties can reschedule their party within 1 week of the original party date without loss of deposit.
Step 4 - Send out your invitations, THAT WE PROVIDE! Easy, huh?

OTHER PARTY OPTIONS:
PAJAMANASTICS parties: Sleep-over in the gym, 8:00pm to 8:00am. WOW! This party is only for those who are looking for serious fun! Pajamanastics parties are a great way to celebrate a birthday, the end of a sports season, a successful school year, and many more occasions! With packages for up to 40 guests, we can accommodate nearly any group. All parties must have an adult chaperone stay the night; no additional costs for chaperone. Please call for specific group pricing.
