J. Orkowski: (Owner, Program Director, Team Coach) J has enjoyed international competition as a gymnast and has coached around the country in various gyms, camps and programs since 1980. Often a featured presenter at gymnastics seminars J opened Gymfinity in 1999. He is the Safety Educator of Wisconsin for USA Gymnastics, sits on the board for Gold Medal Standard Clubs of Character Education, and is on the Wisconsin State Board for USA Gymnastics. He is the Vice President of the Wisconsin Gymnastics Club Owners Association and the proud dad of his BEST 2 projects; Owen (2004) and Emmett (2008).

Stephanie Orkowski: (Owner, Business Director, Team Coach) A gymnast since the age of 6, Stephanie grew up in Missouri loving gymnastics but never imagined she would make a career of it. All though her education is in science, and she also has worked as a financial planner; she finds running a gym a good place to use all of her knowledge. Stephanie has been certified by USA-Gymnastics and is a frequent attendee to national gymnastics congress and other sport and business seminars. She is an experienced coach/instructor for kids from ages 2 to 18, though the best experience is as a mom with her boys Owen and Emmett.

Alcey Morenz: (Manager, Developmental Director, Team Coach) Alcey started gymnastics in Michigan at the age of 6. She began coaching at 13 and joined the Gymfinity staff in September, 2001 when she moved to Madison for college. She has coached everything from tykes to team and currently works with the Mighty Tykes, Level 4 team, and Optional team. She is certified through USA gymnastics and has attended numerous regional and national coaching congresses. Alcey has a degree in psychology from Edgewood College. Outside of work she enjoys hiking with her husband, baking, knitting, and playing with her dog, Louis, and cat, Luna.

Sue Neuhauser: (Pre-School Director, Class Teacher) Starting as a team mom, Sue joined the Gymfinity staff in 2006. Sue comes from Lake Delton and has become the Gymfinity "Tykes" Director. She loves setting up weekly circuits for the younger kids to explore and learn skills without them even being aware that there is a lesson hidden within the play. Her biggest joy? Watching kids smile in class as they have a great time learning and playing at the same time.

Rachael Hauser: (GymCRAZIum Events Director, IT Manager, Instructor, Team Coach) Rachael is a former gymnast of J’s who came to work for Gymfinity in February of 2011. She coaches Developmental Gymnastics, Tumble and Trampoline, Xcel, High School, and Level 4 Team for Gymfinity. Rachael also coaches the Verona / Madison Edgewood High School Gymnastics team. Rachael has a degree in Information Technology Infrastructures from UW-Whitewater and doubles as Gymfinity’s resident techie. Outside of work, Rachael crews for a Rally team, and enjoys photography.

Celeste Matsushima: (G Force Director) Celeste has been with Gymfinity since 2003. She started out as a Gymcrazium Party leader and has now moved on to becoming a Director of the Mobile Gymnastics and Fitness program, that services preschools around the area. She has worked with kids in a variety of capacities including kids with cancer at UW Hospital. She enjoys the family atmosphere at the gym and watching kids develop physically as well as mentally. She has first hand experience as her daughter has been with Gymfinity since it opened in 1999.

Debbi Hernandez: (TnT Director, Team Coach, Instructor) Debbi started at Gymfinity in early 2010, and comes to us from Edgerton, WI. She brings 5 years of coaching experience from USAG gymnastics levels 1-8. She also dabbled in judging before returning to her senses! She now heads up our TnT program and grown the team considerably. Gymfinity has many state champions as well as a few National placements under her leadership. Debbi's daughter, Karina, is a former level 7/8 gymnast and is now an advanced athlete on our TnT team. Debbi especially enjoys watching Karina in her many sporting activities. They both enjoy the "family" feeling here at Gymfinity and we are already grooming Karina as a junior coach.

Shalyn Mikles: (Office/Pro-Shop Manager) Began gymnastics at the age of 5 and worked through YMCA Level 6 competition into High School Gymnastics. She was a coach for children at a local YMCA while in high school. She started with Gymfinity in February 2004. She was a teacher and now the Office/ProShop Manager, she also keeps J in line.

Tracey Rosenfeld: (Instructor, Team Coach) Tracey comes from Canada originally but more recently from Pennsylvania (coaching at Penn State). She has been with us since 2007 and has two daughters in the program. Tracey is a vital part of Woodward Gymnastics Camp (A HUGE Camp in PA) during the summers but always returns to Gymfinity in the fall. Tracey loves teaching kids of all ages, watching them succeed and gain confidence in themselves are job highlights.

Nori Guest: (Instructor, Team Coach) Nori started with Gymfinity in September of 2009 and comes to us from Wheaton Illinois. She says, "my favorite thing about coaching/teaching is seeing the student's face when they get it, whether it is a skill they have been working on for a while, a routine, or just remembering to point their toes. The expression on their face and in their eyes that shows how proud they are of themselves is why I love teaching and coaching. It's extremely rewarding to see that."

Nicole Love:(Team Coach) Trying gymnastics as a recreational and high school gymnast, Nicole fell in love with the sport and transitioned to coaching early on. Nicole has coached recreational, USAG competitive, and high school teams. Coaching allows her to watch athletes grow and challenge themselves. Seeing a student achieve a new skill or a big break through is what keeps her coming back. In her free time, Nicole loves relaxing, trying new things, and watching documentaries.

Kaitlin Vorwald:(Instructor, Team Coach) Kaitlin, a former team gymnast of J's, began gymnastics at age 2 and has been passionate about the sport ever since! After an injury ended her gymnastics career she took up diving where she competed Division 1 for the Badgers, while earning her degree in Marketing. Kaitlin has 2 years of coaching experience at TAGS in Minnesota working mainly with levels 5-6 and the training team. She is USAG certified and has attended National and Regional Congresses. Her favorite part about coaching is the joy you get from helping kids achieve their goals as well as teaching them valuable life lessons that will last long after they have left the sport.

Carrie Marshall: (Team Coach) Carrie started when she was 7 years old and competed through high school at a small gym near Columbus, Ohio.  After finishing high school, she joined the gym staff and coached pre-team through level 6.  In 2009, Carrie graduated from Ohio State with a degree in Chemical and Biomolecular Engineering, and moved to Madison to pursue a Ph.D. in Chemical and Biological Engineering at UW-Madison.  She returned to coaching in 2011, joining Gymfinity's incredible staff.  She is currently the Level 5 team coach.

Robin Benson:(TnT Team Coach) Robin has been involved in trampoline and tumbling for the last 27 years. She started as and athlete and then began coaching at the gym she trained at in highschool. Right out of college Robin opened her own Trampoline and Tumbling gym in Illiniois, which she co-owned for 8 years before moving to Wisconsin with her husband and 3 year old daughter. Robin is also a certified judge on trampoline and double mini. Robin is certified at the Gold level in trampoline, tumbling and double mini. She also has been a National Team coach several times and has coached many of her own athletes to the Elite National Team level.

Kenny Green:(Instructor, Team Coach) Kenny is a student the at University of Wisconsin - Madison, and a former gymnast. He started gymnastics at the age of 2 and competed from 6-16. He was a cheerleader for two years with the University. He has been primarily trained by former Soviet Olympians, and therefore has an understanding of every level of gymnastics. Kenny is very excited to be able to share his knowledge and passion about gymnastics with the kids!

Stephanie Grinwald: (Team Coach, Instructor) Steph began teaching developmental gymnastics in 2010 and comes to us from Rubicon, WI. She is now also a Level 3 coach and a DynaMites coach/instructor. As a recreational gymnast and gym fan since she can remember, Steph also competed on her high school’s gymnastics team. She absolutely loves her job and especially enjoys coaching beam and floor. Outside the gym, Steph is a psychology student at Edgewood, volunteers at the humane society and works as an office manager at Schmitt Technical Services. She also enjoys exercise, spending time with her friends, family & boyfriend and watching the Green Bay Packers!"

Scott Nilles: (Instructor) Scott started at Gymfinity in 2003 as a "tumbling for martial arts" instructor and developed into a great teacher and coach. Scott has led members of the TnT Team to National Championships. Originally from Madison, Scott is a big sports fan and has actually worked at Disney World!

Sam Kretchmar: (Instructor) Sam has been with the Gymfinity family since 2008, but not always as an Instructor. She competed with Gymfinity as a level 7 gymnast for 2 years before becoming an Instructor in 2011. Her favorite part about being an Instructor is working with the kids, because each one is so unique and fun!

Mari Schroeder: (Instructor) Mari started competing in 2001 and comes from a very athletic and sporty family. Mari started at Gymfinity as a volunteer helping with our classes for kids with special needs. She expanded her teaching into all programs soon after that and even helps coach team programs. Mari also is following a path to become a judge in both gymnastics and TnT!

Lida Acuna: (Instructor) Lida started with Gymfinity in August of 2012. She teaches developmental gymnastics as well as TnT.  She loves her job and especially enjoys coaching Floor. Lida was a cheerleader for 4 years and hopes to cheer at UW-Madison next year. Her senior year of high school she on the All-State team for cheerleader for Wisconsin. She is currently going to school for a degree in Biomedical Engineering. 

Brieanne Tingley:(Instructor, Events) A former gymnast, Brieanne came to Gymfinity in winter 2012 and has been hooked ever since! She loves teaching the kids new things and seeing them excited to work hard. Originally from Batavia, Illinois Brieanne is now attending UW Madison with Majors in viola performance and conservation. She coaches Devo and TnT classes. Her favorite events to coach are bars, and beam.

Tatum Teskey:(Instructor, Events) Tatum lives in Verona with her mom, dad, and younger brother Tucker, and currently attends Verona Area High. She has been doing gymnastics at Gymfinity for 8 years and counting, and it has always been a goal of her's to teach! One of the reasons she loves working at Gymfinity is getting to see a child feel proud of their accomplishments, and knowing she can feel proud because she helped them achieve a goal!

Renee Hammond: (Office) Renee has been part of the Office staff at Gymfinity since spring 2010. She has two daughters, Sophie and Olivia, who are Gymfinity gymnasts. Renee has degrees in Poli-Sci and History from UW-Madison as well as a Paralegal certificate. Renee chose Gymfinity for herself and her daughters due to the great coaches, caring staff, and clean facility. Her hobbies include gardening, decorating, painting, camping, and canoeing.

Cameron Neuhauser:(Events) Cameron specializes in events like summer camp, PNOs, birthday parties, and field trips. A former TNT team member, Cameron now plays hockey and volleyball for Monona Grove High and is also part of DECA. After High School, he plans on focusing on marketing or business management. Cameron's favorite part of working at Gymfinity is getting to be his normal, outgoing self while having fun with his job at the same time. In his spare time, Cameron likes to play sports, hang out with friends, hunt, and go fishing with his family.
